Vicente focuses his practice on Corporate Law, M&A and Energy Law.
He has a degree in Law granted by Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2004 and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2009. In 2009, he concluded a Post-Graduation in Business Management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, in Rio de Janeiro.
Vicente worked as a lawyer (between 2009 and 2012) at Simmons & Simmons Rebelo de Sousa in the Administrative, Competition, Environment and Energy legal areas. He also worked at Veirano Advogados (between 2008 and 2009), in Rio de Janeiro, in the Commercial, Competition, Infrastructure and Energy legal departments.
In 2015 he started the LISBONLAW project.
Pedro focuses his practice on Real Estate, Construction and Immigration Law.
He has a degree in Law granted by Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2005 and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2008.
Pedro worked as a trainee lawyer (between 2005 and 2008) and as a lawyer (between 2008 and 2016) at PLMJ - Sociedade de Advogados, in the Real Estate legal area.
In 2016 he joined LISBONLAW.
Joaquim focuses his practice on Employment and Social Security law.
He has a degree in Law granted by Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 2005 and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2008. In 2009 he concluded a Post-Graduation in Labour Law at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
Joaquim worked as a trainee lawyer (between 2005 and 2008) and as a lawyer (between 2008 and 2016) at PLMJ - Sociedade de Advogados, in the Employment Finance legal areas.
In 2016 he joined LISBONLAW.
Eduardo focuses his practice on Corporate, Commercial, Health, Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical law.
He has a degree in Law granted by Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 2004 and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2006. In 2005 he concluded a Post-Graduation in Corporate Law at Universidade de Lisboa, and in 2010 concluded a Post-Graduation in Commercial Law at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. In 2021 he completed the frequency of a Post-Graduation in Health and Medicines Economics and Law at the Universidade de Lisboa.
Eduardo worked as a trainee lawyer (between 2004 and 2006) and as a lawyer (between 2007 and 2021) at PLMJ - Sociedade de Advogados, in the Corporate and Health, Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical legal areas. He also acted as a Legal Counsel (on a secondment regimen) at a multinational pharmaceutical company (between 2016 and 2019).
In 2021 he joined LISBONLAW.
Joana focuses her practice on Health, Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Law, as well as Labour law.
Joana has a degree in Law granted by Portuguese Catholic University in 2011 and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2016. In 2013 she concluded a Post-Graduation in Law and Management at Portuguese Catholic University, in Lisbon and Rio de Janeiro and, in 2017, concluded a Post-Graduation in Medicinal Product’s Law at the Law Faculty of Lisbon University. In 2021 she completed a Post-Graduation in Health and Medicines Economics and Law at the Law Faculty of Lisbon University.
Joana worked as a trainee lawyer (between 2013 and 2016) and as a lawyer (between 2016 and 2023) at PLMJ - Sociedade de Advogados, in the Health, Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical legal areas. Mafalda focuses her practice in the areas of Employment and Social Security Law.
She has a degree in Law granted by Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2014, completed her Master's Degree in Administrative Law in 2016 at the same University, and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2017.
Mafalda worked as a trainee lawyer (between 2014 and 2017) at AAMM - Sociedade de Advogados, in the Public Law practice area, and as a lawyer (between 2017 and 2018) at AVA - Anselmo Vaz, Afra & Associados, and (between 2018 and 2020) at Andersen Tax & Legal, practicing mainly in the Employment and Social Security legal areas.
In 2020 she joined LISBONLAW.
Rita focuses her practice on Corporate and Real Estate Law.
Rita has a degree in Law granted by the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2013 and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2018.
Rita worked as a trainee jurist (from 2013 to 2014) at Rede Ferroviária Nacional, REFER E.P.E., in the Public Law legal area, and as a trainee lawyer (from 2014 to 2018) and as a lawyer (from 2018 to 2023) at Maria José Verde, Filipe Vieira & Associados, in the Corporate Law, Real Estate Law and Litigation legal areas.
Rita joined LISBONLAW in 2024.
Mariana focuses her practice on Corporate Law and M&A.
She has a degree in Law granted by Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa in 2015 and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2021.
In 2022 she joined LISBONLAW.
Raquel has a degree in Law granted by Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa in 2015, completed her Masters in Forensics and Arbitration at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2021.
In 2023 she joined LISBONLAW.
Luís focuses his practice on Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and M&A.
Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra in 2014, completed a Master's in Forensic Legal Sciences in 2016 at the same University, and has been a member of the Bar Association since 2023.
Luís served as a trainee lawyer (from 2016 to 2020) at SRS Advogados and as a consultant and lawyer (from 2021 to 2024) at RFF Lawyers, in the practice areas of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, M&A, and Real Estate Law. Luís was also a consultant in the International Tax & Transaction Services department at Ernst & Young (from 2020 to 2021).
In 2024 he joined LISBONLAW.
Gonçalo focuses his practice on Labour and Corporate Law.
Graduated in Law at the University of Lisbon in 2021 and completed a postgraduate course in Management and Organisation within Professional Football, organised by the Universidade Católica in Porto, in partnership with the Portuguese Professional Football League, in 2022.
Worked as a jurist at 14 Sports Law, in practice areas related to Sports Law.
Joined LISBONLAW in 2022, completing his traineeship at the Portuguese Bar Association, and became an Associate Lawyer in 2024.
Maria has a degree in Law granted by the Universidade de Lisboa in 2020.
She worked as a trainee lawyer at CMS – Rui Pena & Arnaut, mainly in the Employment Law practice area.
In 2023 she joined LISBONLAW, where she is currently performing her Bar Association aggregation internship.
Maria has a degree in Law granted by the Universidade de Lisboa in 2022.
Currently, she is concluding an L.L.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law from Maastricht University (Netherlands).

Francisco has a degree in Law granted by Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2023.
Currently, he is performing a Master´s degree in Administrative Law at the same University.

Bernardo focus his practice on Real Estate Law, Corporate Law and Civil and Commercial Litigation.
He has a degree in Law granted by Universidade de Lisboa in 2014, completed his Master's Degree in Corporate Law in 2016 at the same University, and is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2017. In 2019 he concluded a Post-Graduation in Sports Law at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
Bernardo worked as a trainee lawyer (between 2016 and 2017) and as a lawyer (between 2017 and 2018) at SMCA - Morais Cardoso, Sousa Moniz & Associados and (between 2018 and 2020) at NSM - Nuno Sousa Moniz & Associados, practicing in the Corporate Real Estate, Litigation and Immigration legal areas.
In 2020 he joined LISBONLAW, currently acting as Consultant.
Graduated in Accounting (Technical Course Level 4) by the Institute of Employment and Vocational Training, she has extensive experience in administrative support and customer contact.
In 2023 she joined LISBONLAW, where she undertakes the role of Office Manager.
